O Billboard Music Awards 2022 aconteceu nste domingo (15), no MGM Grand Garden Arena, em Las Vegas, nos EUA.
A cerimônia reuniu diversas estrelas que levaram prêmios como os maiores destaques da música mundial.
A lista de indicações do evento conta com 62 categorias, com destaque para The Weeknd, que apareceu 17 vezes na lista.
Do mesmo modo, a artista feminina com mais indicações foi a estrela Doja Cat, que concorreu a 14 prêmios.
Além disso, o fenômeno do k-pop BTS foi recordista em indicações entre os grupos, com 7 indicações.
O Billboard Music Awards 2022 teve apresentação de Sean Combs e contu com apresentações de Megan Thee Stallion, Latto, Burna Boy, Rauw Alejandro, Florence + The Machine,Ed Sheeran, Travis Scott, e muito mais. Mary J. Blige foi a grande homenageada da noite ao receber o Icon Award.
Quem também esteve na premiação e esbanjou carisma foi Anitta. A cantora apresentou a categoria Melhor Duo/Grupo Countryy ao lado do canadense Michael Bublé.
Da mesma forma, Anitta foi uma das atrações do evento corporativo Billboard MusicCon.
