Emmy Awards: confira os vencedores e destaques do evento

Neste domingo (19) foi realizada a 73ª edição do Emmy Awards, uma das premiações mais prestigiadas no âmbito das séries, minisséries e telefilmes, que é organizada anualmente pela Academia de Artes e Ciências Televisivas dos Estados Unidos. 

O evento ocorreu presencialmente este ano, após acontecer de maneira virtual em 2020 devido à pandemia. No entanto, seguindo os protocolos de saúde para conter o avanço da Covid-19, essa edição foi realizada simultaneamente em dois locais: Los Angeles (EUA) e Londres (Inglaterra), tendo a cidade norte-americana como palco principal e contando com Cedric The Entertainer como apresentador da cerimônia.

O grande destaque do evento foi a série The Crown, que recebeu um total de 11 estatuetas. Essa edição dos Emmys também consagrou a Netflix como principal produtora/streaming da cerimônia, após vencer as principais categorias do evento pela primeira vez na história. Além disso, a noite foi marcada por conquistas históricas, como RuPaul Charles se consagrando como artista negro mais premiado da história do Emmy.
